We got a chance to sit down and grab a few words from Swampwalk's Anna Hale on the release: "This is a really special project to me. The songs on this EP really represent my growth and what I believe to be a turning point towards feeling like there’s hope for me, and that being a healthy functioning human is possible.

The swampwalk mission statement is one of radical vulnerability. I’ve always kind of just put everything on the table and been open with who I am and what im going through, and have gone as far to put all of that on record and stage. It’s what I’ve been through, what I’ve fu**ed up, what I’ve done good. I’ve felt this and i’ve felt that and I just put it out there and I hope that someone else will hear it and be like oh yeah me too and then maybe they dont have to push it down in their brain or keep quiet about it so much. I want people to be able to look at themselves and see all the things at play in life and keep working on solving it for themselves and to not feel lost and hopeless or broken or too far gone.

Extremely excited to announce that we will be doing some work with the incredible Swampwalk. We will be doing a special limited release of their EP, "Kids Like Me" on 12" vinyl. More on that soon. Our team: Our director of art and illustration, the incredible Matt Vituccio. Matt has studied art for the greater part of the last two 20 years. Developing a unique, versatile, and striking style his work is sure to catch your eye, every time. Matt has been quite involved in the Pittsburgh music scene for some time, from his early work in Pittsburgh punk band, The Edukators, to more currents acts such as Sleeping Witch & Saturn and Brightside. Featured artist #3: Psych rock power trio, ROWDY. Though officially formed in 2019 these 3 musical heavy-hitters have been playing together for the last decade. The band brings forth a unique and powerful sound. Based in rock roots, the band explores all paths of musical exploration, from deep latin grooves to neo-soul. Their live show is undeniable and their 10 years of playing music together shines brightly through. Their debut album is currently in the final stages of recording and can be anticipated by summer 2020.

Feature artist #2: Pittsburgh rock band, Jack Swing. "Jack Swing is the physical embodiment of the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll in 2020." -Big Takeover Magazine. Formed in 2016, Jack Swing has moved with passion and certainty for their duration as a unit. Known for their fiery live performance, irresistible grooves, and infectious melodies, it is safe to say that these boys have made quite the impression in a very short time. They currently have two EP's available everywhere to stream, as well as their new single, "Whether I Do" off of their upcoming EP. Since recording their most recent EP they have been relentlessly working on their full length LP which they anticipate releasing by the end of the year.
