Welcome 100 Watt Shine to the Crazy Poet Records family!

The band was formed around a love for blues and country-based rock music with an edge. Delta blues with a little “borrowed blues” that came back to America having been steeped in British rock and roll sensibilities, mixed with a little “twang” of Memphis and a bit of swagger from Bakersfield. Drag all that through Southern California and Midwest blue collar hard rockin’. A true amalgamation of styles that gels into a unique blend of attitude and heaviness.

The band is putting the finishing touches on their debut record, and will release their first single, Don't That Beat All, next Friday, September 3!

Mat performs as a part of Sioux Falls Riverfest at the Greenway Amphitheater from 430pm till 6pm in Downtown Sioux Falls SD. At 9pm he performs at Crash! Boom! Bang! on Historic 4th Street in Sioux City Iowa in the Pearl Historic District across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Both events are free. Downtown Sioux Falls gig is all ages. Sioux City gig is 21+
