Didn’t do a long stream but definitely a fun and meaningful one. We talked about seasonal depression and learned that 9 times out of 10 if you have seasonal depression you also have regular depression. Just the outside forces make it a lot worse but also learned that there are so many resources out there for those that need it and who prefer different methods. Never be afraid to refer to a professional if you struggle with this or any other kind of mental health dilemma.
