Almighty Father,
We raise our hearts to you in gratitude, for the wonders of creation of which we are part, for your providence in sustaining us in our needs, and for your wisdom that guides the course of the universe.
We acknowledge our sins against you and the rest of your creation. We have not been good stewards of nature, We have confused your command to subdue the earth. The environment is made to suffer our wrongdoings, and now we reap the harvest of our abuse and indifference.
Global warming is upon us. Typhoons, floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and other natural calamities occur in an increasing number and intensity.
We turn to you, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness of our sins.
We ask that we, our loved ones and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.
We beseech you to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of your creation, and generous to neighbors to those in need.

It guards your brain. Two hours of walking per week cuts your risk of stroke by 30%. Hitting the road also protects brain regions associated with planning and memory, and doing it for 20 minutes a day has even been found to reduce symptoms of depression.
It strengthens your bones. Research also shows that about some form of physical activity every day, such as walking or bicycling, can lower the rate of hip fractures and fractures overall. In other words, the more you move now, the more mobile you’ll be later in life.
It improves your heart health. A study of more than 89,000 women found that those who walked briskly for 40 minutes two or three times per week had up to a 38% lower chance of heart failure after menopause than those who did it less often or more slowly. Researchers have also found that walking for just 20 minutes per day lowers your risk of heart disease by 30 percent, and it can also cut your risk of obesity (a major risk factor for heart disease) in half.

Hello guys! this is our first cooking video. For those who are meatball lovers, try this homemade and so easy to cook meatballs.

"Your other Meatballs"
Ingredients:
For the meatballs:
• 250g ground beef
• 250g ground pork
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 clove of garlic, crushed or minced
• 100g breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 5 tablespoons of whole milk
• Salt and pepper to taste
• dash of rosemary
• Oil for frying
For the creamy sauce:
• 40g butter
• 40g plain flour
• 150ml chicken stock
• 120ml cooking cream
• 2-3 teaspoons soy sauce
Sides:
• Potatoes (mashed potato)
• Broccoli (boiled)
• Strawberry jam
Procedure:
• Combine ground beef, pork, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg and mix well. Add milk and season with salt and pepper and rosemary.
• Shape mixture into 1 ½” or according to your chosen size. Place on a clean plate and store in the fridge for 30mins – 1hour (this will help them hold their shape while cooking).
• In a frying pan, heat oil on medium heat, gently add the meatballs until golden brown.
• Place in a hot oven at 180c and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
• To make the sauce, melt 40g butter in a pan. Whisk in plain flour and stir for two minutes. • Add the chicken stock and cream mix well; add 2 tsp of soy sauce. Bring it to simmer and allow sauce to thicken set aside.
• Wash and peel the potatoes and boil for 15-20 mins until soft.
• Mash the potatoes to your desired consistency
• Boil the broccoli for 2-3 mins
• Strawberry jam for additional awesome taste
• When ready, arrange your plate accordingly
• Voila! You have your homemade meatballs with veggies!

Ingredients
• 2kg green papaya grated
• 2 medium sized carrots cut in strips
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 8-10 cloves garlic thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp whole peppercorn
• 1 medium size red, yellow, green bell pepper cut into strips
• 1 k**b ginger cut into thin strips
• 1/4 cup salt to dry up the papaya
• 1 1/2 tsp salt for the brine or syrup
• 2 cups white vinegar
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 4-5 tbsp raisins
Instructions
1. Place the grated papaya in a large bowl and combine 1/4 cup salt then mix until the salt is well distributed.
2. Cover the bowl and place inside the refrigerator for at least 6 hrs. Rinse.
3. Using thin cloth put the rinsed papaya inside the cloth and squeeze until all the liquid comes out. Set aside.
4. Heat the saucepan and pour-in the vinegar and bring to a boil, (golden rule…do not mix) put the papaya, together with carrots, garlic, ginger, onions, whole peppercorn.
5. Add the sugar and salt then stir until well diluted, add bell peppers and raisins.
6. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool down.
7. Put in air tight jar and add more syrup.
8. Seal the jar and place inside the refrigerator.
9. Keep it for 2 days at least to combine all the flavors well.
10. Serve anything with fried dishes. Enjoy!
