It's finally here! You guys have asked for a Yin Yoga Challenge and I created one just for you. Starting Monday, March 21st at 12h00PM Eastern Time, I will be releasing a 30 min Yin Yoga class each day until Friday, March 25th. This challenge is about exploring the Yin Yoga practice and allowing its magic to happen on a daily basis up to total wellness after 5 days.

Yin Yoga has been the answer for so many things in my life and every time I get on my yoga mat, I am amazed at just how quickly and almost magically, the practice gives me what I need on that day. Sometimes it's emotional release, sometimes physical tension release, life insights, meditation, letting go of past trauma, releasing stress and anxiety; Yin Yoga always seems to know what to give me.

In this challenge, I want you to commit to doing the 5 classes in a row at the rate of one per day. I want you to share your experience with the community after each class and write down in the comment section what today's class brought to you. This is about feeling good, enhancing our wellbeing, and enjoying those moments of peace and quietness on your yoga mat, away from the busy hurdle of life. Enjoy guys! Hello everyone and welcome to episode 42 of The Living Better Podcast where I am meeting with friends and power couple Melissa and Tim West to discuss their successful entrepreneur's story. They are successful YouTubers who created an amazing online yoga business to share that beautiful practice with the world. Melissa West is an amazing and very knowledgeable certified Yoga Teacher with years and years of experience behind her belt. Her husband Tim eventually quit his own job to joined her on that venture and he is the one taking care of everything technological-related in operating the audio and camera equipment, editing the videos, taking care of social media, and much more. Together they are a power team and they were able to turn this yoga passion into making a living.

They operate two huge Youtube yoga channels called Yoga with Melissa and Yoga Lifestyle with Dr. Melissa West with both over 60 000K subscribers. They also have their own website called https://melissawest.com where they run a membership-based service to get access to exclusive yoga classes with Melissa. Today we will be talking about how they created this business and made it successful, their life as a couple, the entrepreneur challenges on youtube and the ups and downs of creating and managing a business, and the challenges they faced, we will discuss yoga and its benefits and we will touch base on the importance of growing, reading books, listening to various podcasts, relationship advices and more.
