An Affair of the Heart Shows'' As Tulsa County starts to see cases tied to large events like the presidential rally a couple weeks

As Tulsa County starts to see cases tied to large events like the presidential rally a couple weeks back, Tulsa County Commissioner Karen Keith said wearing masks should be the minimum for those going outside.

“I think, at this point, it is going to be vitally important that either the governor or our mayors mandate that we wear a mask,” she said. Gail Gipson with Fabric Expressions is here from

Arkansas for the event. The promised crowds brought her in, but Gipson said she’ll be wearing a mask all weekend.

“It’s important. Everyone should have a mask on to be safe,” she said. “Since the coronavirus, we felt like we donated a lot at the beginning. So, now, we need to replenish our products.”

The Expo Square has events planned for all of July. Hinkle said she was worried it might get canceled but said it’s needed for these people to stay in business.

“They count on shows like ours to be able to earn the money that they have to have to live,” said Hinkle. “We’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with them, and I think they’re happy that we’re here.”

The Expo Square has sanitizer, social distancing reminders, and masks available to those that need them.
