So much “New” is happening.
The universe is telling me loudly & proudly, “girl, go ahead.”

My name is J.D., and I’m the host of the ALL new podcast “Cathartic Word Vomit,” premiering this WEDNESDAY 🥳

Today is my 30th birthday!

Up until about 2 weeks ago, I felt like Danny Tanner (Rip Bob) in the “Full House,” episode, when he turned 30. Sad, pity partying myself, & embarrassed.

Embarrassed? 🤷🏻‍♀️ why the heck embarrassed?

I kept thinking about everything I haven’t done, what I don’t have, & what other people have that I “Should” have.

I “should” all over myself! 🤦🏻‍♀️
And this went on for a few weeks…

Until 1 day, the “Motivation” widget on my Home Screen, popped up with a quote that changed everything.👇🏼👇🏼

✨The 3 C’s in Life: Choice, Chance, Change. You must make the CHOICE, to take the CHANCE, if you want anything in life to CHANGE.✨

💡I realized, in that moment, I can’t change the past no matter how many times I think about it, or beat myself up over it. Additionally, I cannot control the outcome. If I fail, I fail. Living in fear of the “What If,” will not keep me paralyzed, any longer.

According to Natasha Bedingfield, 🔮 “the rest is still unwritten.”

My pen is ready.🖋 It’s time, I start writing.

“Cathartic Word Vomit” is the first chapter.

So my question to you, dear reader
