Clarity is Key!
The most important thing in design is to make your message clear and easy to read.
Always opt for high contrast colours for better legibility.
There are different ways to do this. But my go to method is to decrease the transparency of the background to bring focus to the main point.
When in doubt SIMPLIFY!

This an easy trick for easy brand consistency!
A Brand Kit is the best way to maintain brand consistency and streamline your design process.
When working in Canva, create a Brand Kit in your Brand Hub. This is available in both paid and free versions with some limitations.
Select "Brand Kit" from the left-hand menu to create a kit. You can add your brand's colours, fonts, logos, and other design elements here.
Once you've created your Brand Kit, you can access it from any design you create in Canva. Access the "Brand Hub" button in the left-hand menu.
Pro Tip:
Save branded elements you use repeatedly in a folder for easy access.
Using the Brand Hub in Canva can help you create consistent, on-brand designs quickly and easily. Try it out and see how it can streamline your design process!

It’s been one of those days…
I ve been working all morning on caption writing and research for my clients. My husband is sick at home and our toddler was super cranky.
Instead of trying to work for another few hours thru the screams and complains, i took a break and took my son out for a walk. He felt instantly better and i got a mental break.
Taking a break is not lazy, it is self-care. #workbalance #mompreneur #momproblems101 #momstrugglesarereal #mominbusiness #progressoverperfection #mentalhealthmom
