President Lazarus Chakwera is this morning set to address the nation on issues concerning the commission of inquiry that he instituted to probe the controversial arrest of Anti-Corruption Bureau chief, Martha Chizuma.

The address comes a fortnight after some stakeholders criticized Chakwera for not address the nation on the matter and that instituting the commission of inquiry was a waste of resources saying that it miss its set objectives, but it's unclear, if Chakwera will adopt this and other recommendations

Chakwera has on several occasions challenged that he will make sure no one touches Chizuma as a staunch champion against graft, whose efforts are being frustrated by perpetrators of corruption.

The address is expected to start around 10 O'clock in the morning at Kamuzu palace in the capital Lilongwe.
