This might be the most perfect sauce I’ve ever made and it only took 4 ingredients 🤍🌿

Sage butter tortellini:
-Melt 1/3 c salted butter on medium
-Add fresh Sage leaves and cook until they start to shrink and get crispy
-Add 250g cooked tortellini, grate over 1/2 c fresh parmesan, and add 1/2 c of the starchy pasta water (plus more if you want to really sauce things up)
-Toss the pasta in the sauce, which should start to thicken up
-Serve immediately with shaved parm. Enjoy!

A round-up of some of my fave eats from my recent trip to Tofino 🌊

We were SO impressed with the food scene and took full advantage of eating as much fresh, local seafood as we could get our hands on 🦀

Here’s the breakdown of what I ordered:
