Y'all, I got to feed a giraffe when we went to the Columbus Zoo!!!! I was so excited! I had never fed a giraffe before, and I had always wanted to do it! National Park Week is coming to a close and it's so hard to share all of our favorite ones. I think this one makes it pretty high on the list! I would love to come back here. It was so beautiful with the leaves starting to change and the snow capped mountains. Wish we got to see more wildlife though. Just be careful with the elevation because if you're not used to it, then it will make you feel incredibly weird. This is more than double for where we live so it did make me kind of woozy! I think this park is one of the more popular ones, but if you're ever in the area, it's definitely worth checking out!

For today's National Park Week Post, I'm going to show you Black Canyon of the Gunnison located in Colorado! Honestly, I had never heard of this one until I started looking for places to go! It's honestly like a smaller Grand Canyon, but the colors lean more to like a grayish black tone. It's dark colors and bright fall colors bring out the beauty in this park! The river flowing through it is a deep blue and fits so well with the canyon. This park is located in Gunnison, CO, so if you're anywhere nearby, I highly recommend you check it out!
