We did a Windrush 75 special on the show a few weeks ago, with very special guest, Reed Bass, from the theatre production 'Rush: A Joyous Journey Through Jamaican Music'. We discuss the journey from Mento and Goombay to Dancehall, as well as explore Reed's Life Soundtracks and our thoughts about the power of music. This music is etched in Birmingham's DNA, and is universally appreciated, designed to express, uplift and give solace in our everyday lives.
