As I’m currently two sleeps away from flying to Spain for our community business event, I realised I haven’t shared about a recent event that was held in London.

Our day started off in St James park with a breathwork session (we had headphones so the facilitator could be heard well as we speak out through the park)

We then took a walk along The Mall to the comedy store…

10 people from around the world got up on stage and shared their story and lessons around the power of self belief - and how this got them to achieving financial freedom.

So inspiring listening to them and knowing that they started from the same position as any of us.

So many takeaways and I got goosebumps listening as they all talked about how golden this opportunity is and the lives that will be changed forever 🫶🏼

Me and a couple of the girls popped around the corner to china town for some dinner before heading to a pub that was hired out so we could all network and chat in person.

Slightly overwhelming with hundreds of people but also comforting knowing that even though we all started for a different reason, our vehicle to achieving our dreams is the same, but each has their own way of running their business that is authentic to them.

So grateful for the speakers that flew across the world to share with us. And so grateful that of all the online opportunities I chose this one ♥️

Being away in the lakes with its own little weather system, we knew planning ahead was needed to make the most out of our trip (especially since was away with my friend and her 1 and half year old daughter)

So we chose the day with the best weather and visibility in the morning and set a 5.30 alarm, left by 6 and arrived at the car park by 6.30 as we were staying in lakeside.

Only one other car there when we arrived and the sun was rising.
Was lots of dark clouds around but we managed to have dry weather until the last 50 meters when we went into a cloud so got very windy and wet - not a thing could be seen at the summit 😅

So obviously didn’t hang around for long as no views to enjoy. But we did stop on the way back down to eat our sarnies and chill with some sheep.

We followed the all trails circular route which was around 4 miles but we did intend on doing the 6 mile route going back past goats water but with no visibility thought best to follow the path on all trails since it was our first time up there.

Thoroughly enjoyed that hike, some changes in terrain but nothing too challenging.

This nice little circular walk had a variety of views and terrain.
Went through a village, a farm, some rolling hills, some woods and countryside in the north downs.
Started with a spicy little incline and a big hill in the middle but was relatively flat apart from that.

Nice way to spend a morning in the sunshine albeit a bit sweaty 🥵

Always worth it for baked goods at the end. Went to Sallys cake emporium and grabbed a sandwich and a cookie dough slice after 😋

Sailing a few weekends back when Dad and me bagged second overall for a small local regatta 😌

When I say to people that I’ve been sailing at the weekend they think I’m sunbathing on deck in my bikini drinking champagne - not quite that glamorous 😆

The short term gratification of making quick cash, fast weight loss or not feeling lonely will often lead you to making unwise choices as you make a decision based on emotion rather than logic.

Instead if you focus on having a long term vision, and using the logical part of your brain, you can get truly wealthy, be in the best shape and have a beautiful relationship with yourself and others 💫

A sunny day in Orford ☀️

Morning snack and coffee from pump street bakery is a must! But get there early as the baked goods don’t last long 😋

A fun time crabbing on the quay… although a seagull did steal the last slice of bacon and the package so had to run down the beach to where it dropped it to not litter 😅

Completed with a costal walk looping back to the castle🏰

I absolutely love days spent with my sister and her children. It’s days like this that signify why I am building towards a future where I can spend my days like this with my future children instead of at work 🙃

There is no doubt that a hell a lot of people in this world work super hard and are amazing in what they do - but do not get financially rewarded to reflect this * fellow nurses I’m thinking of you * This would not be the case if hard work got you paid well. Nope. You have to have the courage to take risks and try things you’re not an expert in. To decide to figure things out as you go. Make a decision before you know all the answers. To have the courage to take bold action that will transport you to becoming wealthy.

Change happens when you come to the realisation that continuing to make the same choices, will only keep you stuck, and to change the trajectory you’ve got to change the choices you make.
