I’m excited to introduce ‘Sacred Rebirth’ to you, a unique 3-hour, in-person (Wirral), multidimensional session designed to guide you through a personal crossroads/ crisis in your life, through being supported through this transformative experience.

🌟 Synchronicity strikes again!

Last week, I received an oracle reading ‘by chance’ where I asked where is my divine counterpart. The very next day, my brother sent me this image, ‘out of the blue’, in part an echo of information that I had received in the oracle.

The oracle revealed that my sceptre had been stolen by a man. This divine tool was meant to guard the sacred power of the womb, her infinite wisdom, sovereign authority and creative power to constantly rebirth and heal.

I have been sweetened by honeyed words, lured into believing false dreams spun from illusion. Lies woven around my heart, shrouding truth.

In the enchantment and vulnerability of love, I laid my heart and womb bare, forgetting to protect the most sacred source of life within me.

I allowed unsacred energy that failed to honour the sanctity of the womb and respect for the female body.

Now, I take back my sceptre.

Restoring the sanctity of the womb, realigning with divine authority that has always resided within.

The womb is more than a vessel, it is a portal. The sacred temple of the Divine lies within every womb. If we are to assist in healing the earth at this time, we must start with healing the womb.

Womb-heart-earth restoration is mine to guard, protect, and honour.

Holding the tension of Love & Rage ♥️🔥

Marion Woodman taught that true transformation happens when we allow ourselves to feel the full range of our opposite emotions of light/ shadow: love and the rage, the joy and the grief. Rather than rejecting one side, she believed in the power of holding both, letting them exist together until something new emerges.

I first discovered Woodman’s work at a major crossroads in my life, when the symbol of the crucifixion kept appearing in my dreams and shamanic journeys. Her teachings helped me find meaning in that symbol and guided me through the tension of uncomfortable change and subsequent rebirth.

This Sunday, I’m hosting a retreat day Somatic’s workshop on the symbols that appear in our lives - those mysterious guides that often arrive when we need them most. The paradoxes within us, the contradictions that force us to look deeply at how we need to transform.
Birthing deeper wisdom.

🔥Honouring the ancestors who burned brightly in their wisdom

They’d have burnt a woman like me,
With the fire in my bones, and courage to be free,
The mole on my nose, and the glint in my eye,
And a mind as sharp as the cut of the sky.

With my altars and herbs, walks in the night,
Wild dancing in full moon light,
Howling in tune with the fox in the woods,
Living fierce, living free, as a wild woman should.

Talking to trees, to animals and the sea,
Bearing secrets from the teapot, her leaves show me.
Not afraid to dance naked, no fear to be seen,
Sacredly sexy, the archetypal Queen.

Hair unkempt, spirit unbound,
Raising my voice, letting rage resound.
Screaming like storms when the world feels too much,
A woman they’d fear, they’d call her deranged,
But fire only thrives when it’s wild and untamed.

Almonds & Ovaries shaping up!

🏜️ Out of the desert landscape grows the Almond.

☀️ She is climate-sensitive ( just like me!)

🌹 She is part of the Rose family (just like me!)

💪 She is resilient (just like me!)

Ovaries are often compared to the size and shape of almonds, an ovoid about 3-5 centimeters in length.

Last year, I created a cyst on one of my ovaries. I believe that it was caused by unexpressed anger from betrayal.

As I released the almonds with a harvesting stick last week in Spain, fresh from facilitating a womb-heart reconnection workshop, I reflected on how my ovaries are now cyst-free and healthier - thanks to my s*xual healing energy meditations, breathwork, and yoni eggs.

The sacred connection runs deep. 🌿

🔥 A life changing experience for us all…

Ten women came together, held by silence and space, away from distractions and the ones we care for relentlessly, ready to focus on our own transformation during this retreat. This was no holiday!

Even if I say so myself after running many retreats for so many years, this retreat was the best so far. A return to the land of my ancestors gave it greater significance for me personally and what I could offer here.

One woman thanked me for the non-fluffy ‘tough love’ approach that she needed. We balanced truth, love, structure and spontaneity, which allowed magick to flow naturally.

And oh my, did the magick flow when we opened our hearts to being devotional! Stormy skies, thunder & double rainbows after an opportunity arose to help out a lovely neighbour.

With daily Sadhana practices from sunrise to sunset - You won’t see photos here of our guided yoga, meditation, mantra ( with Megan’s incredible devotional kirtans) , breathwork, womb-heart reconnection, Ayurveda and Somatic Empowerment, for they are sacred & personal to each and every woman.

But I can tell you that the Divine Feminine is rising in her truest form. Fierce & tender in equal measure.

We sang from our hearts to all that is divine, shedding tears, belly laughs, raw sounds and wild freedom of dancing our intentions into the Sacred Fire for transformation.

The timing felt right for ALL that was released. Under the full moon light there was no hiding.

Hey Beautiful Soul,
Thank you for your open-mindedness and big open heart 🙏♥️ 🌀💙

But are you aware that…
Your open energy,
Your light,
Your love
…make you more vulnerable to low-vibrational energies and parasitic forces, both human and unseen?

Sometimes, even in well-meaning wellness circles or ‘healing’ spaces, ecstatic dancing or breathwork, you can be unintentionally exposed to energies that aren’t in your best interests. Especially when you are opening up emotionally and being ‘vulnerable’. There are many inexperienced or naive Spaceholders/ facilitators/ event organisers out there who do not offer adequate protection in open hearted/ minded spaces.

Being open to everyone’s energy isn’t wise and can leave you carrying more than you bargained for.

Think about people that you may have hugged on those festival fields this summer who were so energetically open on ‘substances’ or‘spritual highs’ that they attracted negative energies.

Your openness, while beautiful, can attract energy that sticks and drains you. This ‘sticky’ residual energy may be hanging around in your energy field and feeding off your light when you need it the most.

As the trees shed their leaves this Autumn 🍂, it’s a reminder that we, too, need to shed the energetic debris we collect. A simple smudge isn’t always enough after spending time in spaces where boundaries are virtually non-existent and there was no thought of energy protection.

I Love You 🙏♥️🌀💙

This is what the word Love looks like under a microscope! ♥️

The act of saying “I love you” is powerful and can extend beyond blood ties and lovers. I feel connection when I offer these words not just to my family and friends, but to acquaintances, and even strangers.

It is my belief that we are ALL connected. We are ALL related.
Humans, animals, plants, and the earth are woven together.

Love is the universal force that weaves all beings together. An understanding of the interconnectedness of life, expands our circles of compassion, kindness, and healing. Love makes us never feel alone.

Dr. Emoto’s research shows how water molecules respond positively to loving words, forming beautiful crystalline structures when exposed to messages of love, while negative words created chaotic patterns.

Since we are composed of about 70% water, Emoto’s findings suggest that our words have a tangible effect on others, influencing the very matter within us.

In a disconnected world, saying “I love you” to those beyond our bloodlines carries the potential to heal and create unity.

Love, when shared consciously, has the power to ripple outward, affecting everyone it touches. In love, we find our common humanity.

Jumping for Joy after a wonderful weekend teaching the Yoga Foundation Course at Calm Village…
I ♥️ expanding our village!

For me, running these courses goes beyond teaching about the origins of yoga or promoting a healthier lifestyle. It’s about building community - creating connections for those who feel isolated or are still searching for their tribe.

One woman told me how she attended my mum & baby yoga class 7 years ago and still has close friendships with people she met there. Another participant, in her 60s, shared that she’d waited her whole life to start yoga, and this weekend marked a brand-new chapter for her. Someone else said that the course had ‘blown her mind’ with new perspectives, giving her more than she ever expected.

This immersion gives you the opportunity to ask questions throughout, unlike a typical yoga class, plus hear stories from my own experiences that help bring the teachings to life.

A somatic indoor/outdoor ‘living’ studio on the Wirral that is informed by the seasons and overlooked by mature trees that reveal the slow process of growth and transformation.
