stent U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct – is not an academic exercise. Targets of this abomination are real, and their suffering is real. America United International (AUI) created this group in hopes that its centralization here of images, documents, posts, and comments attesting to that suffering will be effective in helping provoke the global outrage warranted by America’s corresponding human rights violations. AUI is a grassroots campaign ultimately seeking America’s compliance with Article 2, paragraph 3(a) and (b) of its ICCPR which mandate effective domestic remedies for ICCPR violations under color of law. Securing enforcement of that treaty obligation is also a primary objective of the AUI co-founder known as Opt IN USA. Both grassroots campaigns are responses to organized U.S. legal system abuse facilitated by unchecked judicial misconduct. However, AUI leads in addressing the “Crimes against humanity” that America’s unresponsiveness to Opt IN USA has become.
