It’s been a while since I posted on Spa Wellbeing.
I decided the site needed a fresh look and so I’m currently ‘morphing’ it into a more general travel site. I want to feature all kinds of wellbeing experiences as well as spas. Would love to know what you think about this.

Just back in Xabia after an overnight stay at the Parador El Saler, south of Valencia. Great location in a nature reserve next to a fine sandy beach and overlooking Spain's finest golf course. Lovely spa too, with a range of treatments incorporating authentic local ingredients. Highly recommend!

Spa Wellbeing is back! Due to various circumstances we had to take a break in the earlier part of the summer, but now we're up and running again.

April - such a great month for visiting Javea in Spain.
The days are warming up nicely, nature is looking her best and the scent of orange blossom is in the air. The orange groves are smothered in pretty white blossom and we have a blackbird nesting in one of our palms. Springtime in this lovely part of Spain is a tonic for the senses!
