We are LIVE at the Opening Poetry Reading and Gathering for Bear Witness: Honoring Gaza's Martyrs, a “sound and spatial” installation presented by Mizna, UMN Students for Justice in Palestine, UMN Palestine Studies Working Group and Public Functionary.

NDN Live I Protect The HeSapa Teach-in!

We are LIVE at our first ever NDN Collective Teach-In. This teach-in will provide an opportunity for the community to learn about the history of the HeSapa, the proposed Pactola federal mineral withdrawal, the expansion of the mineral withdrawal, and introduce the Hard Rock Mining Ordinance (HRMO a tactic to shut down the lithium mines). We will also discuss how mining is harming the HeSapa and how we can take action to .

NDN Collective is offering a free meal at 6pm, live entertainment by The Carrion Crawlers, and raffling prizes.
Teach-in is FREE and open to the public.

We encourage all walks of life to join to learn more about the impacts of mining and what it means for our community and future.

NDN Live I March to Stop Cop City Construction I

We are LIVE at the mobilization where hundreds of organizers from around Turtle Island will march to block ongoing construction and enforce a "People's Stop Work Order" organized by the Coalition.

"Cop City" is a $90 million police, fire and rescue training facility being built on top of 381 acres of the Weelaunee Forest, traditional homelands of the Mvskoke and Seminole.

Police violence and suppression of organizers/activists working to stop the construction of the site has been escalated from the start of the fight. With organizers facing large bail/bond fees, domestic terrorism charges, and RICO charges. Early this year, Afro-Indigenous organizer Tortuguita was murdered by Georgia State Troopers.

NDN Live I Students Rally at to Oppose Militarism I

We are LIVE during the Week of Action on Mvskoke territory at Georgia State University in so-called Atlanta, GA where the Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE) office is based. University students are rallying and marching to raise concerns about ‘rampant militarization and the suppression of student voices’.

The Georgia International Law Enforcement Exchange (GILEE) program works in collaboration with the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and the Atlanta Police Department (APD) where APD travels to Israel to be trained by the IDF on how to use their genocidal, war crime tactics on the communities in Atlanta.

We will try to cover as many events as we can in Mvskoke territory for Week of Action. Follow us to keep updated.

We are live at the Spirit Medicine Conference in so-called Vancouver, BC where NDN Collective’s Healing Justice Director Susan Beaulieu (Anishinaabe, enrolled member of the Red Lake Nation) is sharing an offering about Embodying the Ancestral Wisdom of the Medicine Wheel: The Power of Entheogens for Re-Membering.

This session will explore the impacts of trauma on the felt connection to the body, heart, mind, and spirit at both an individual and collective level, and the opportunity to re-member ourselves through the wisdom of the medicine wheel and sacred plant medicines for healing.
