Sharing Life Lessons is supporting YIET (Youth Initiative for Economic Transformation), a nonprofit, in Uganda.

Through this organisation, I got acquainted with a phrase ‘S*x for Pads’, which I had never heard before. It has really struck a chord with me in a humbling and a heart-breaking way. Let's halt the practice of by putting reusable menstrual pads in every young girl's hand in Africa.

This is a moving episode that brings to life the problem we are looking to solve. Funds are needed to support trainers who can travel to villages around Africa to train girls so that they can lead a respectful life and continue with their basic right to education and independence. This is the only permanent solution to this problem.
