✅NO hydrogenated fats you find in store bought cheese
✅ is believed to be a better option if you like to use mayonnaise for your salads and spreads and rolls.
✅ is a better healthy alternative to butter

🥛 this might not be for you if you’re lactose intolerant 🌿

Recipe-

1. Hang a cup of curd in a muslin cloth. Let the water ooze out drop by drop. After around 5 hours you’ll have hung curd left in the cloth.
2. Take some geela chhana in a mixie.
3. Put hung curd.
4. Add the salt; to taste - I added around 2 tsp of ✅sendha namak. It’s healthier than pure white salt.
5. Cut 2 inches of good quality cheese into pieces and add. I used ✅Gouda cheese. You can get it from your local upmarket/supermarket/general store. Otherwise, you can get a cube of processed cheese but that’s the last option. If not prefer that.
6. Keep pulse mixing in mixie until you get a smooth sound.
7. That’s it! You’re ready with your own handmade Cheese Spread!!💃
8. Airtight store it in a refrigerator.
9. Enjoy whether you like👍
