Oozing his satisfaction with the giant strides of Gov. Uzodimma's led administration, despite the unfounded propaganda peddled by the fifth columnist, he consciously described Gov. Hope Uzodimma as a man with divine mandate, who means well for the good people of IMO State. "This is not politics, he is the best administrator ever produced in IMO State so far, when compared with the previous administrators of the state. He's a man that understands the Eastern Heartland state, it's dynamics and needs", he stated.
He also used the medium to emphatically assure Ndi Orsu and Imolites at large that the 3R administration anchored on Reconstruction, Rehabilitation and Recovery will be far better than the previous administrations starting from that of Late. Sam Onunuka Mbakwe of the blessed memory, describing Gov. Uzodimma as articulate and purposeful leader, who's been compassionate in the development and transformation of the State ever since assumption of office as the helmsman of the State. He also made it crystal to the general public through this form, that the IMO State governor has no apology to tender for protecting the interest of Ndi IMO, by using the legal and constitutional instruments at his disposal to safeguard the commonwealth of Ndi IMO. "In history, this is the first time a governor is engaging in policies, programmes and infrastructural continuation initiated by his predecessor", he added.
Hon. Osigwe also found it worthy to note that Gov. Uzodimma has remained unwavering and focused right from the outset of his administration, especially during the critical time when the globe was confronted with the threat of the deadly and fast spreading covid-19 pandemic, stating that most of the initiative programmes unveiled by the governor, served as a comprehensive package to confront and conquer the health and safety challenges of Imolites, which initially kept them safe and healthy beyond covid-19.
Reiterating to the inaugural speech of the governor on January, he said that the governor considered the protection of lives and properties of Imolites an utmost priority and warned criminals and hoodlums to vacate entirely from the state, which he followed up with the immediate introduction of a security operation codenamed 'SEARCH AND FLUSH'. With a maximum sense of responsibility, Hon. Uche Osigwe stated that in the quest of live and property insurance, the governor provided over hundred security pick up vans for the operation and charged the combined team of security agencies to flush out criminals in all parts of the state and from the available report, the major has paid off as crimes, such as armed robbery, thuggery, kidnapping and cult activities have reduced drastically, saying that Imolites now sleep with two eyes well closed as of today.
Hon. Osigwe also thought it wise to inform Imolites at large that the transformation achieved so far in the civil service and pension scheme was to the glory of God. Also noted that the automation of salary and pension payment in the state has served as a platform to quench misappropriation of funds and positive direction to tackle the existing issues of short and nonpayment of salary and pension arrears to the barest form. He also commended the governors frugality in ensuring that the lives of Imolites, especially the senior citizens are safe by the recent deployment of ten mobile clinics to the rural areas of the 27LGAs of the state, to comprehensively keep the senior citizens safe and awesome. He also found it worthy to note that the vans loaded with brands of medications were handed over to the Reverend Fathers and Sisters carefully nominated from the several churches across the 27LGAs of the state, to cushion the health threats, to the collective safety and health of our senior citizens in the rural areas.
