People who are successful and joyous are the ones who serve humanity and courageous follow their soul calling. When things are aligned to your purpose you will find joy and happiness. It’s that simple.

Instead if we focus and live the present moment with aliveness and presence, we can not only live a happy life, but also can make a positive impact. Challenges and struggle are part of everyone’s journey, so let it go and let life unfold with time. For this let us declare to have reverence for life and let go of our worries and anxieties.

Often when we are unhappy, we blame our circumstances and people around us. We start giving our energy, focus and attention to external reasons, instead of giving ourselves love, integrity, compassion and action that is required to change our unhappiness.

Focus on what's making you unhappy and change it. Take that needed action, as delaying it will cause you more pain and suffering.

Basically they are working towards filling themselves with positive energy, to serve better.

This chapter of my life requires me to be a little less accessible to recharge, realign and rejuvenate.

Remember to always be thoughtful of your energy. Ask yourself, am I radiating positive or negative energy, as it can have a huge impact on others.
