The restaurant offers decent Korean food. We tried the kimchi pancake, which was quite tasty but a bit oily. The Korean-style fried chicken, known for its excellence, was good. We also ordered the Korean BBQ/grill for two. I found the place a bit pricey considering its simple style, but it's still worth a try. Additionally, the restaurant was quite crowded for a mid-week evening.

Neukölln, hosting numerous studios and art spaces, stands as a vibrant hub within the contemporary art scene. The Department of Culture acknowledges this by hosting the annual Neukölln Art Prize. Over 130 local artists applied this year, and a jury of five experts nominated seven for the 6,000-euro prize. The Galerie im Saalbau will showcase the nominees' works, offering a genuine look into the diverse artistic production happening daily in Neukölln.

The food is good, and the place has a nice vibe with those Motel A Miio plates. The bagels are tasty and dishes are made with high quality ingredients. The staff is super friendly. Just keep in mind, the place is a bit on the pricier side.

Though not an 'event,' this is an interesting movie nominated for Oscars in five categories. It illuminates the horrors of the Holocaust through the perspective of Rudolf and Hedwig Höss, the commandant of Auschwitz, and his family, who lead an extremely privileged life in their picturesque home, adjacent to the extermination camp. You can catch it this month in various cinemas in Berlin.
