Lala’s offers customizable services that allow you to choose between few detergents, if you’d like fabric softener and/or dryer sheets used, air dry items at request or if I feel a dryer may ruin an item I will air dry. Other requests can be made as well, I will do my best to accommodate.

‘Eliminating dirty laundry, one load at a time.’
Basics of how it works:
1. Bag laundry up in regular kitchen trash bags. (Don’t worry about sorting towels, colors and whites, I do that for you) Clothes to be air dried should be separated into own bag, as with clothes you wish to be returned on hangers. Label or indicate bags (provide own hangers or small additional fee added)
2. Number of bags for an estimated deposit amount to be secured via CashApp or Venmo only.
3. Place outside on front porch for pickup.
4. Your clothes will be WASHED, DRIED & FOLDED (or hung).
5. Once clothes are dried completely, they will be weighed and a total will be sent to you.(gratuity not included with total, we ask that you wait until you receive items for inspection to submit)
6. Once payment is received a time for drop off will be sent.
7. I will message you as I drop clothes with a photo of laundry for confirmation.
8. Once you retrieve and inspect, and are satisfied please rate/review service and experience and submit gratitude as you see fit.
-$1 per pound
-Comforters, area rugs, sleeping bags, dog beds etc are $1 per pound + $10 extra an item.
-Items that are too large or too soiled will be returned in separate bag. You will be made aware prior to completion.
-Any special requests can be made and discussed at scheduling of order.
