We have a lot of work to do when it comes to consent — listen to this week’s episode for way to better understand and change law around consent.
Thank you to my guest, Joyce Short, and her organization, The Consent Awareness Network, for leading the charge! @yourconsent
⚡️⚡️⚡️NEW SEASON STARTS TOMORROW! ⚡️⚡️⚡️
I’m refreshing the logo for the new season — there are five designs, each is numbered in the top left corner.
Write your favorite number (1,2,3,4,5) in the comments — will post on stories too!
Feel free to add commentary but just a number is fine too!
Thank you! 🖤💛💗
🙏🙏🙏What a day.
Now what do we do to ensure the prosecutors DO NOT re-try Adnan Syed? @wrongfulconviction @rabiasquared2 @maggiefreleng @proclaimjustice @lauranirider @centurion.freedom @lorirothschildofficial
How many times have Melissa ans Rebekah uttered these exact words?! ♾🗑🚮 #realitytv #repost @ohnochels 🖤

Please make time to listen to the full interview. David and his son, Daniel's story needs ears and action.

If Durst is responsible for Kathie's disappearance (and likely murder), then he killed Morris Black (though not convicted) and then convicted for the murder of Susan Berman.
I say let's categorize him as a serial killer even if his MO doesn't fit within the typical profile.
What do you think?
Listen to my interview with Susan Criss, the judge who presided over Durst's 2003 trial.
Ok, the jury got this SO wrong, but was it their fault?
I ask todays guest, the judge who presided over the 2003 trial of Robert Durst, ALL the questions!

This photo was taken in February 2020 in New York City. Justin wore a medium weight hoodie and I worried he’d freeze.
We had no idea what was around the corner and that this would be a sign of “the before times.”
2+ years later and I’m recovering from Covid and replaying this interview as I heal and prep for all new interviews - coming next week!
Enjoy this Replay with Justin Evans of Generation Why and The Peripheral; the kindest and perhaps oldest (IN PODCAST YEARS) guy in the game.
Fun surprise: Justin even does this week’s intro, so enjoy his smooth voice bc my squawker is back next week!
Thanks, Justin! 💖🎧🖤
WHOA. You guys, I aired a REPLAY of Season 2 interiew with Patrick Hinds as I recover from Crimecon. I wanted to pull a clip from the interview which we recorded in Noevember 2020- remember that hellscape?
The conversation Patrick and I had peak pandemic is just as relevant right now - it was almost eery to hear him talk about human and civil rights in light of this week's Supreme Court news.
Listen in if you missed it the first time and don't worry, there's also a lot of laughter. Sorry about our hair. Again, it was 2020.

Patrick, sending you much love. Thank you for killing the small talk, and also speaking out about what matters! 🖤
Thank you for these new reviews — please keep 'em coming! I'm really grateful. 💖
That feeling when you think it's the boogie man but it's not it's TED KACZYNSKI!
Tomorrow on DIE-ALOGUE.
I wasn't made about staying out of the forest until reading TRAILED and speaking with author, Kathryn Miles.
Justice for Lollie and Julie, and justice for everyone who wants to feel safe enjoying the great outdoors.
(I'll be in my apartment if you need me, cheering you on. JK I hike sometimes.)

All black everything, but make it shirt sleeved. 🖤
Is true crime a white woman’s genre? Thanks for going there with me, Jonquilyn.
This was the last in a series of 4 episodes about the imbalance of media coverage for women of color.
I learned a lot and my guests were willing to move beyond the surface level aspects of this subject.

Made this accidentally while trying to make something else. ENJOY. 🎧💖🖤
I’m obsessed with this series and how beautifully each guest is building on the previous conversation.
This week is Dr. Slakoff who presented good evident for the media being responsible for assigning value on victims — that we internalize and thereby prioritize.
Next week’s guest is a journalist at a non-profit media company who says it’s more a reflection of societal values.
I love the discourse!

Thank you, Danielle, for killing the small talk!
