Decided to get Del Taco for dinner last night. There were 3 tacos in the bag. This is how many sauces I got! That's a lot. So which one do I like?

It's been a while since I have baked homemade bread. This is my first loaf in like 5 years in the breadmaker. Despite it sinking in the middle, it tastes great! Yummm... a slice fresh out of the toaster with plenty of butter on it!

Another great new camping location to add to the list. Cherry Creek State Park (and lake) in Colorado. Here’s the crazy thing, it’s right in downtown Denver but once you enter the park and you’re under all the beautiful Cottonwoods, it feels like you’re out in the middle of nowhere (complete with deer and all). In just a few short minutes, you’re in the city! So we did shopping a couple of days. And I discovered the Container Store! That's going to be trouble!
