Where does one begin with something like this??
I started playing video games as a kid, like most of us these days. My favorite game to start out was Duck Hunt. (Just lets you know how old I am). I remember running the gauntlet with Donkey Kong, Sonic and Crash Bandicoot. I have played on several different consoles. At one point in time with COD 4 I was one of the top players. I took a long and by long I mean 8 year break from gaming. Then Black Friday 2019 my dear friend bought me COD-MW and said come play with us. This is when things started to get crazy. I broke out the Xbox and here we are. Ya’ll know playing video games is much like riding a bike...It all comes back to you quickly.
Here recently my wife started watching Streamers. Thinnd to be exact. I gave her a lot of grief about it. Like how can you watch someone else play for hours on end? Go ahead and say it...I was a bit jealous. However, I started watching the same streamers and well it is quite addicting and entertaining. I was starting to pick up on things that helped improve my own game play. Then some friends and my wife put the bug in my ear. “Why don’t you start streaming...” (Insert crazy face) Who is going to want to watch me....We are our own worst critiques.
Not knowing a thing about streaming the research began...Then I started putting together the equipment. Piece by piece everything started coming together. It was rough starting out but over the past month things have come together nicely. I am now on the path to further excel my game play by switching over to mouse and keyboard. Talk about being on the struggle bus for a while. However, there is light at the end of the tunnel when making the switch.
