Women Say They Want a Good Man, But…

Listen, ladies, you keep saying you want a good man, but then you end up choosing someone with more red flags than a carnival. Case in point: word on the street is Cardi B allegedly linked up with Houston Texans’ wide receiver Stefon Diggs while she was eight months pregnant with Offset’s baby. That’s right – the same Diggs whose teammates wouldn’t even trust him around their sisters.

Why? Well, legend has it this guy once booked two women in separate hotel rooms on Valentine’s Day – at the same time. He’s also notorious for sliding into the lives of high-profile women, swooping in when they’re upset with their man, only to make things messier. Cardi B caught Offset cheating, felt justified in the drama, but chose Diggs – the walking, talking “toxic relationship starter pack” – to dishonor herself and her unborn child. Might as well make Diggs the godfather at this point, right?

The truth is, many women say they want a good man, but somehow end up picking the bad boy every time. It’s like they reject a man named Peace to go dance with Chaos in the club – then cry when Chaos burns down their house.

But it’s not too late to switch things up. Here are three ways to finally find a good man:

1. Heal Before You Choose
Stop picking men from a place of hurt. Take time to heal your wounds so you’re not attracted to someone who reminds you of your past pain. A healthy heart attracts healthy love.
2. Set Non-Negotiable Standards
If you say you want loyalty and respect, stick to it. Don’t lower your standards just because someone looks good in a jersey or has a sweet talk game. Consistency beats charisma every time.
3. Learn the Power of ‘No’
Every guy who slides into your messages isn’t worth your time. Toxic men will come dressed as everything you think you want, but saying “no” to the wrong ones opens space for the right one to step in.

The good men are out there. It’s just up to you to stop entertaining the ones who aren’t.
