It's exciting planning a vacation, especially the way the world has been the last couple of years. But what if a major piece of your trip gets tripped up not because of YOU, but because of a company and their poor customer service?

It happened to me recently and it lead me to finding out I was most certainly not alone with my experience with the company in question.
