REGISTRATION OPEN FOR AMATEUR PLAYER RATING BELOW 2000 ONLY

Below 2000 rating specific condition as follows :-
1) FiDE and MCF Rated must be below 2000 in Standard, Rapid, Blitz.
2) Rating must be below 2000 as of 1st of August 2024.
3) This event is MCF Rated, not FIDE Rated, however FIDE rules are applied.

The National Scholastic Chess Championship – 1st To 3rd March (Taiping)

An array of events during the school break – starting with the National Junior on the 16th to the 18th of February, continuing with the Commonwealth Chess Championship from the 19th to the 28th of February, and now the Scholastic Chess Championship from the 1st to the 3rd of March 2024. The National Scholastic event is for children below the age of 17 divided by odd age group classification namely Under 17, Under 15, Under 13, Under 11, Under 9 and Under 7.
