On this day in history, September 17, 1787, the Constitution of the United States of America was ratified. The second best document for governance (the first being the Word of God) in the entire world, it has withstood the test of time for over 230 years… Right now, this document is merely a piece of paper, a "dusty relic" as Hamilton once stated.
