Taking inspiration from how our client, the DO Jerez frequently serves Sherry Cream at tastings – over ice with a slice of orange – our team worked on creating a unique brand name and a visual creative. With a little help from AI, the 2nd creative of the campaign is all about the simplicity of the serve.

Say hola to the Cream Sherry Sunset – an immediate visual of what time to enjoy a copa, while being transported to southern Spain.

After all, it’s five o’clock somewhere! 🧊☀️

This award, in particular, is in recognition of our collaboration with our legacy client the D.O. Jerez, thus highlighting how important relationships are to our agency andis, in fact, what the ‘Co’ in Chelsea & Collaborators is all about.

• 1.5 oz Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa
• 1 dash orange bitters

Steps:

1. Mix manzanilla, dry vermouth, and orange bitters in a glass with cracked ice; stir until well-chilled.
2. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass, garnish with an orange peel.

Today, we proudly unveil an exquisite adaptation of a timeless cocktail, infused with the distinct flavors of Palo Cortado sherry – introducing the PENICILLIN, meticulously crafted by the skilled hands of exclusively for our esteemed client, House of Lustau. Raise your glasses to the consummate artistry in every sip! 🍸🥃👏

🥃 Here's how you craft it:

Combine these ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and give it a vigorous shake:
- 2 oz. Lustau Palo Cortado Península
- 0.25 oz. Del Maguey Vida Mezcal (or a similar one)
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.75 oz. Honey Syrup (3 parts honey to 1 part water)

Double-strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice. 🧊
Garnish with a slice of candied ginger.
