The fit fox 96! 🦊 VR workouts are the most amazing thing ever! Play tennis, boxing, cardio .. you name it! Just moving is a start! I use the 2 - and all in one sports vr by appnori as base games/apps incredibly i’ve lost 101/2 inches and 4 stone 2lbs

VR can help you in your weightloss goals. My top 3 games - Beat Saber, All in one sports VR and BoxVR … since june 2022 i’ve lost 4 stone 2lbs and 10
Inches off my hips. In conjunction with a calorie deficit. At home workouts including Vr workouts!

VR is amazing for home workouts! Many great games and apps that are and aren’t designed for fitness. My top 3?! Easy! and dancecentralvr. I use the meta quest 2 personally and I love it! Progress report. - started 1st June 2022, 4 stone 1lb lost, 10 inches off my hips. Mixed calorie deficit, watch what I eat and work outs.
