Kristin is my sweet friend, who was murdered up by twin oaks by Cori Cotton From Oildale. Kristin was shot in the face twice with a 9 mm handgun for apparently no reason at all. Because Kristin said a cuss word in front of her "old man". I guess Cori thought it was disrespect. Cori and her "old man" then buried Kristin in a shallow grave on his property. Cori only got 3 years in prison for this.
Kristin was my friend. I loved her dearly. I dont believe the punishment was harsh enough for this horrible crime! Kristin was a mother, a daughter, a sister, aunt, and a dear friend. I believe the justice sysyem let her down. This is for you Kristin Goldsberry. YOU MATTERED! You are Loved!!! Til i see you again in heaven girlie!!!

My Dear friend Kristin, whom i loved very much was killed by Cori Cotton, cold blooded shot in the face twice with a 9 mm and buried in a shallow grave in Twin oaks. She had her baby sitting right next to her in her vehicle when she shot Kristin. She was sentenced to only 3 years in prison. I also have another friend who just got out after 29 years for murder. Why is one persons life worth more than anothers? I dont understand?!! Kristin was Loved. She was a daughter, a mother, a sister, a friend, SHE MATTERED!!! Senseless murder!!! For what?
