Great first part of the dairy tour. We had a very filling lunch (with local cheese curds!) & after a quick fluid refill for the bus, we’re back on the road to see the next farm.

My friend John Muggeridge from Ontario is looking for a ride or an opportunity to share a cab to the airport on Sunday morning (flexible on time). Please send any interest or opportunities to Eva.

Eva is leaving for the airport on Saturday afternoon (2:45 p.m.) with a cab. If someone wants to split the cost of the taxi ride. Again, please contact Eva if there’s any interest or opportunities on returning to Calgary airport for that booked time.

We hope everyone had an excellent day of tours and enjoyed the entertainment and dinner tonight. The Sustainability in Beef tour highlighted some of our dramatic Alberta skies in the afternoon while we heard from Reynold & Syndney from Beef Cattle Research Council, Graeme & family at Southern Cross Livestock and Sean at Difficultly Ranch.

So far the Sunterra tour is an excellent day of knowledge sharing. First viewing from a distance of their feedlot area & swine barns. Then in-person tours through the greenhouse & Soletera d’Italia. Now off to Sunterra’s Keynote retail store. Extra thanks to Ray, Kendra, Tony, Amanda & Shelby.
