Today I had a minor setback with researching a case I want to bring you guys. I’ve been trying to chase Grand Jury transcripts in Los Angeles County. Finally, I got hold of the court reporter who had recently retired. Unfortunately, she wants USD$773 for the transcripts, which I’m sorry to say, is way out of my budget and was absolutely not what I had expected. It’s a shame, because those transcripts contain the facts of the case, but I can still bring you the truth without them. I managed to secure the autopsy report from the LA county medical examiner’s office and I’m reaching out to some people close to the case. Just thought that I’d share the rollercoaster I’m sometimes on when researching episodes for the podcast. $773!!! Can you believe that?!?

Here's some of what you can expect when our first episode drops later on this week!

I woke up at some point through the night again, no idea what the time was, but the house was dead silent. I slowly and quietly got out of my bed, picked up the knife I had hidden earlier and started for the kitchen to put it back where it belonged. As I passed his bedroom, I stopped outside. I listened carefully, my heart beating in my ears. There were light snores coming from the room. I gripped the knife tighter, I was sweating, I pushed open the door, which sat slightly ajar and silently crept in. I walked to the opposite side of the room and stood at his side of the bed allowing my eyes to adjust to the darkness. His disgusting, naked body was lying spreadeagled on the bed. He was lying on his back. The thoughts started to creep into my mind. I was so fearful of going to jail. I wasn't even sure I knew what I was planning to do. As I stood there, knife gripped tightly in hand, slightly trembling, in my mind, it was just so easy to plunge the knife into his chest, but I didn’t even know if that would kill him, or would he be like a bear, injured and even more pi**ed off than normal. His flaccid p***s drooped between his legs. I could cut it off, I laughed to myself, that’ll teach him. I stood for a few more minutes and decided that nothing I was considering doing was going to be worth the problems it would cause me. I’m smarter than that, I thought to myself. I crept out of the room and returned the knife to the kitchen where I had found it. I put myself back to bed and tried to sleep. It was the last time I went so far physically, but often I would fantasize about his demise in my mind...
