One of the most important things to be wary of when selecting oral care is the the fluoride contained in it. A âprocessâ that began back in the 1940âs to supposedly help reduce tooth decay. It sounds like a noble cause â but fluoride is a neurotoxin and an endocrine disruptor. It can harm the thyroid gland and calcify the pineal gland. Itâs so toxic that several countries have banned it and thereâs ample studies proving its toxic nature.
When selecting oral care at the bare minimum it needs to be fluoride free, SLS free, Glycerine free. They are the basic requirements.
Iâm calling out Big Bread. Real artisan traditionally baked bread needs only three or four ingredients: sourdough starter, flour, water, salt. Yet these commercial bread imitations can have up to thirty ingredients, all because of industrialisation and greed from the major conglomerates in this field.
Bread has been part of human history for centuries. It plays an integral role in our daily life and is a symbol of culture, history, hunger, wealth, war, and peace. It is indispensable and has been key in human survival. Bread created the structure of modern day society and gave order to our way of living.
But the bread we now produce on a mass scale commercially today is only an imitation of what true bread entails. Modern day commercial bread is actually harming us significantly due to the fact that commercial wheat is so heavily sprayed with herbicides and pesticides not to mention all of the additives, agents, preservatives and the rest of the garbage placed into it.
Commercial bread is a factory produced science experiment, it doesnât derive from nature.
Youâve been lied to. It was the seed oils all along!
Humans have been evolving outside under the golden touch of the sun for millennia. If human skin were so susceptible to sunlight, we would have never made it out of the trees.
The missing factor in all of this is highly inflammatory seed oils in our diets. Itâs true, skin damage is indeed induced by UV radiation.
But these highly oxidising oils that are insidiously placed in all processed foods are wreaking havoc unbeknownst to many.
When you realise that sensitivity to UV light increases with PUFA consumption, as does the incidence of skin issues then it all starts to make sense: lipid peroxidation is the real cause of skin disease thatâs become more prevalent since the â70s.
Without both UV and lipid peroxidation, you donât have skin damage. And since UV exposure is natural, but seed oil filled skin is not, reducing seed oils in your skin is the correct way to protect yourself.
Commercial Sunscreen chemicals are also toxic to all systems in the body and to all life on the planet.
These chemicals found in sunscreens are mimicking the shape of our hormones, binding to the bodyâs hormone receptors, disrupting estrogen, testosterone, progesterone and thyroid hormones.
Studies have shown that sunscreen ingrediÂents penetrate through the skin and can be found in breast milk and urine; they are absorbed into the bloodstream as well.
Use mineral based sunscreens, coconut oil or preferably a beef tallow derived sunscreen as animal oils and our skin cells have the same cell structure.
Americans and most of western society have become significantly more unhealthy over the last three to four decades, with obesity rates higher than ever and nearly half of all Americans living with a chronic disease. The food pyramid was one of the greatest scams presented to Americans, and the demonising of saturated fat found in butter and red meat was also false.
People have learned that experts and medical doctors can be paid off just like anyone else, and that seed oils are an insidious staple of the American diet that are wreaking havoc on health and longevity. Corporations like Procter & Gamble have spent a lot of money and resources to keep this a secret from the American people, but more and more people are seeing the light. Seed oils are the most unhealthy staple of the American diet, as they are highly toxic due to their high content of linoleic acid, a predominant n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA).
Over the last 100 years, the consumption of seed oils has increased 1,000-fold, and they are 40 times more likely to oxidize than saturated fats, producing free radicals that attack and restructure cell membranes and red blood cells, and damage DNA. These free radicals also cause chronic inflammation, which is the underlying factor of severe medical conditions and chronic illness. Seed oils are an omega-6 fatty acid that can lead to blood clots, stroke, heart attack, increase in blood pressure, and water retention. They also increase hunger rather than satisfying it, and contain toxic byproducts linked to cancer, pulmonary diseases, asthma, etc. Instead, opt for butter or ghee, tallow, coconut oil, and extra-virgin olive oil instead.

Releasing GMOs into the environment, allowing them to grow freely, was a momentous decision. Now that theyâre out in the open, retracing this step is challenging, if not impossible. At itâs core, aspartame functions as an excitotoxin, which means it prompts cellular reactions that mimic the sensation of sweetness without actually delivering sugar. Overstimulation of these cells might be a precursor to health issues that have become a topic of discussion among many.

With our modern synthetic rubber soles and insulated sleeping arrangements, we no longer have a natural connection to the earth, unless youâre walking barefoot. Why is this electrical connection to the earth so important?
The earth is basically a massive reservoir of negatively charged electrons. Without a connection to this reservoir, the cells in our body are unable to balance the positive charge which results in things like electron-deficient free radicals and a whole heap of inflammation in the body.
So what do we do now? Well firstly try to find grounding shoes, preferably shoes that are wide at the toebox to allow our toes to spread out and provide a good stable base for the foot, there are many options out there. We also need to be walking barefoot in nature as much as possible and when indoors immediately removing any footwear.
