Looking for a cozy staycation?

My Studio Unit is Located at SMDC Trees Residences (Tower 2) along Quirino Highway, 3-5mins walk from SM Fairview and Fairview Terraces. Near Alfamart, 7Eleven, McDonald’s, Shakey’s, Jollibee, and Laundromat.

The room fits up to 4 people but ideal for 3.

Medium sized Refrigerator

Nightly rate: P
Weekly rate (7days): P
(But we have discounts if you book through the airbnb app)
Note: If you will book through our FB page, a security deposit will be added to your rate (refundable upon check-out).

Additional fees applied for:
Pool Access: 150 pesos (non-holiday)
300 pesos (holiday)
Free for infants up to 2yrs old (long-term tenants)
Note: Swimming attire required
Parking: 250 pesos (reserved parking)
Note: Parking is also available in front of Alfamart for 30 pesos for the first 2 hours and additional 10 pesos for every hour thereafter. (First come. First serve basis)
