howdy y'all!

Cheffrey and I have been having some discussions about the future of chef and faux chef (the youtube) and after tossing some ideas back and forth, i wanted to open the floor to discussion from everyone else.

we have a lot of ideas for the show moving forward (new recipes, as well as ways we can manipulate the formula to vary our content and keep things fresh and interesting) and are both investing in gear that will bring the quality of our videos up more and more! so, in short, lots of exciting things are in the works. but another thing we've discussed is:

chef and faux chef as a lifestyle channel.

basically, what this would look like is regular uploads of CaFC episodes to the "Real Cooking VS Cooking Simulator" playlist, supplemented by other playlists that include both content from us as a team and as individuals. for example, cheffrey has thoughts of doing a series about kitchen basics that cover a range of topics from sharpening knives to properly searing a steak.

likewise, i am interested in playing more with AI and using various AI programs to enhance the comedic side of the 'virtual kitchen' (i.e., allowing an AI to write a recipe that i (or we) then have to cook.)

i'm also interested in returning to simple videos of ukulele covers and original songs, as i spoke about yesterday in the general channel--this was something i used to do many years ago and loved very much.

what kind of content would you guys be interested in seeing cheffrey and i tackle for upcoming videos? feel free to think outside the
