DETERMINATION and CONSISTENCY are the ones that are going to get you to your goals 👊🏽 There are some days when I really feel like working out and there are days when I have less motivation. If I could choose, I’d choose days where I feel super motivated every time so that I could reach my goals faster. Unfortunately, real life speaks differently - and I also treat them differently: some days I would push it (and it takes DETERMINATION) but some days I would just rest. The KEY IS NOT ABOUT PUSHING IT, but it’s about working out CONSISTENTLY.
Knowing how to balance DETERMINATION and CONSISTENCY is tricky but it’s very helpful - not only in Fitness but also in life. .

Push-up memang gerakan yg mendasar, tapi gerakan ini sangat efektif apabila dilakukan dengan teknik yg baik.⁣
Selain bagian tubuh atas, dapat jg membantu membentuk otot “core” yg dapat membantu keseimbangan tubuh dan menghubungkan upper and lower body km!⁣

Sedikit sharing pengalaman soal push-up:⁣
Aku pernah di “cat-call” ketika lagi jalan kaki sendirian, apa yg aku lakuin? Aku suruh orang itu untuk push-up 😂⁣
Yep! with this “basic” movement yg udah ribuan repetisi aku lakuin, aku bisa punya power untuk sedikit mendidik orang tsb sekaligus melindungi diri.⁣

Kalian s**a ga ngelakuin push-up??⁣
