Restless Planet is the passion project of Bunny Ross, Interwave Surfer, and Mas. Our label is based in Seattle and intends to release music from our local community for consumers in and beyond the Pacific NorthWest. We intend to support our local community through collaborations, high-quality releases from within our community, and creative events. RPR is a platform for our community and our indiv
idual and collective productions. At our core, we intend to create and promote high-quality dance(able) music that is memorable, non-formulaic, creative, and unexpected. As a label, we embrace the playful, tastefully quirky, and irreverent. We are serious about the music we create and releases being creative and meaningful. Beyond our music, we aim to foster community and provide memorable, engaging experiences for our artists, fans, and friends of the label. We want attendees of our events to leave feeling they’ve gone to another place and back, even if just for a small time. We are a support network for the founding members of LRR and our community, and our ambitions are driven by an honest desire to build a label from the heart, be inclusive, non-commercial, quality-driven, forward-thinking, and looked at by our consumers as the go-to label for unpredictable, compelling music.
