A soldier was injured after terrorists opened fire on a newly established army camp in Gundha area of Rajouri district on Monday.
An official told that terrorists opened fire on 63 RR army camp in Gundha that was retaliated.
He said that during exchange of fire, one soldier was injured who was hospitalized.
He further added that soon after the incident more reinforcement was rushed to the spot and a search operation has been launched to track down hiding terrorists.

In response to this issue, DySP Traffic Police City ,Mehboob ul haq conducted an on-road awareness activity at M. A. Road, Srinagar during the evening hours.
The aim of these on-road activities is to spread awareness regarding traffic issues and road safety.

Patient Dies During Treatment in Paras Hospital, Family Alleges Medical Negligence
Srinagar 18 July (CNS): Family members of a Srinagar man, who was undergoing treatment in the Paras Hospital Dalgate, Thursday staged a protest outside the health facility, alleging the death of the patient due to a “medical negligence”.
As per the news agency CNS, the family members of the deceased, Gulzar Ahmad Shiekh, a resident of Bukhara Dalgate, gathered outside the Paras Hospital and demanded action against the erring doctors besides the return of the dead body, “which was not released by the hospital.”
“No one among us (family) was allowed to meet the patient. The doctor promised us that the patient will be fit and later told us in the morning that he (patient) has developed some complication. We were asked by the doctor to pay Rs. 3 lakh as some instrument has to be implanted in the patient to get him back on the track,” one of the family members said.
Moments after our conversation they told us that the patient had died, he added. “What we want now is justice, refund of fees and return of the dead body,” he said.
The protesting family members and relatives of the deceased created ruckus outside the Paras Hospital and vandalised the road barricades to protest against the alleged negligence of medicos. (CNS)

*JCO Among 4 Soldiers Ki#led, 6 Injured In Kathua Militant Attack*
Jammu, July 08(GNS): A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) was among four soldiers ki#led while six others were injured in a militant attack in Kathua district on Monday.
Officials sources told GNS that militant carried out the attack on a patrolling party of army near Badnota area of the district, leaving four soldiers including a JCO de@d while six others were injured who are undergoing treatment.
Soon after the attack, reinforcement of Police and army were rushed to the area and a massive cordon and search operation have been launched to nab the attackers, they said.
