there’s a lot of racial insensitivity toward poc / black sims + simmers in these groups. opinions are warranted, yes that’s fine, but just know that even if it’s just your opinion, it can be very offensive towards others. saying “it’s just a game” to excuse your micro aggressions and racial undertones doesn’t work. i want this space to be inclusive. there’s nothing wrong with saying you’re not educated on certain things and would like to know more about it. let’s normalize this approach instead of spewing racist/ignorant bu****it because i will clock you or someone else will (not in a violent way, a figurative way). also let’s not feed into the stereotypes; there are gothic, cottage core, scene, alternative, retroesque, urban/baddie, etc styles of POC. 💖
