I have discovered amazing thing about my mind today.
You will experience 3 things that happen in your mind when you decide not to speak or engage in unproductive conversations.
1. Noise.
2. Negative thoughts.
3. Positive Thoughts.
If you experience this.
Do this.
Be patient for the noise don’t react at all.
Dodge the negative thoughts by saying to yourself not important to me.
Cultivate the positive thoughts on piece of paper. Write it down.
If it requires action do it as soon as possible.
Preferably with 3 hours.
