Let me tell you a story about my face🙂 you won't regret, just sit tight 🤗

I had, note I said "had! I had a terrible pimple issue, I was so troubled, because I couldn't go out without makeup to reduce the effect,

People would always ask me, ha what are you using for your face, ha try this one, try that one, everyone was just forming face doctor😣. It was soooo annoying, I decided to start covering my face with make-up to hide it.

Anywhere I passed, people turn to look at my face, not because of my beauty, no! But because of how pimple take scatter my face chai ! I would just be passing by, somebody go just call me, u go think say na better thing, im go start to tell me wetin I go use make my face clear.🤦😑

My dear there is no pimple product out there you would name, that I didn't use, haba, name them, lotions oo, tubes oo, plenty of them, even the one like mud, 😩 wetin I no use for this face.

My face just started bleaching without this so called pimple killers doing anything, that one come worsen matter😭

Today we would see factors to consider before choosing that sunscreen.
Sunscreens are products that absorb or reflect some of the sun's ultraviolet radiation and thus helps against sunburn ☀️ and ageing

Okay some of the factors to consider includes 📝
* The sunscreen needs to read broad-spectrum, to guard against both UVA(aging) and UVB(burning) Ray's. Look for SPF 30 or higher.

*Know your skin type, for instance; for a dry skin look for sunscreens with hydrating ingredients like hyaluronic acid or ceramide, any hydrating ingredient at all, for oily skin look for sunscreens with matte finish, and so on. Light gel formulations will feel less heavy

* Non-greasy, oil free, and non-comedogenic sunscreens are good, to avoid clogging of skin pores.

*Know your sunscreen key ingredients: Avoid certain ingredients like oxybenzone it can cause allergic reactions, also methylisothiazolinine can cause skin issues too, and other ingredients that can cause skin irritation.

* Consider your skin tone: if one is fair complexion or dark. Fragrance free sunscreens are good for sensitive skins, also for acne prone skins, powdered sunscreens are best.

* Finally of course check the expiry date.
Sunscreens are applied to freshly cleaned skin after moisturizing.

I want to talk about our face, for our face holds a high importance on our physical beauty ❣️

Here are some practical, easy ways to take care of our face. Gird up😘

* First eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water.🥦🍅🥕🥑🍉🥛🥛

* Buy make-up that read, non-comedogenic or non-acnegenic on their labels.👩‍🎤

* Always try to avoid too much exposure to sun, seek shade, especially between 10 am - 4Pm, when this can not be totally avoided, use sunscreens with an SPF of at least 15.☀️⛱️

*Avoid using strong soap for the skin, especially the face, for it can strip oils from skin.🧽

* After shower, Pat dry the skin, so that the skin won't be extremely dry.

* Avoid using hot water for your face, it strips oils off your face. 🚿

* Above all learn to manage stress, for stress quickens ageing, causes pimples, and leave one high and dry.
Find time to rest, on that your silk or satin pillowcase ( best for healthy skin). 🛌😌
