Gents, per your most recent episode, here is a quick visual comparison of the Voigtlander Perkeo II and the Agfa Isolette III. As you can see they’re close in size but the Perkeo is a tad smaller. The Isolette does have the uncoupled RF which is nice. In addition, I believe that the Color-Skopar is a better lens than the Agfa Apotar.

Lord 5D and IVB: both with unusual hyper focal distance lock. The 5D also has a film cutter like the Exakta and START cameras.

We all generally bemoan the presence and use of everready cases for a number of reasons. And as a collector, I’ve come across hundreds in varying degrees of condition and quality. But I must say, I have never encountered one that is so unusable and unruly as this model that was standard with Lord 5D. As you can see, it is literary a hinged clamshell that hangs haphazardly in front of and in back of the camera. Thoughts? Any other examples that seem to push the limits of practicality? ————————————-/-//————————

Recent acquisitions: 1959 Konica IIIM. Fully operational (including selenium meter) rare half frame mask, and the detailed ephemera. The Philadelphia postal address for the Konica Camera Company listed on the repair shop leaflet was two miles from my childhood home.
