Building a community of unity and trust is vital to connecting with today’s youth.
Learn from Fayette County Kentucky Schools Resource officer, Kendra Wilson how to reach our youth today, and make a difference in their lives BEFORE a problem begins.
Kendra will share with us the valuable lessons her career in law enforcement have taught her and how she used those lessons to be fully present as a school resource officer, and truly and positively influence the kids in her community.

Our guest Luanne Cameron and founder and author of favorite is Diamond.

Diamonds for Luanne bring back wonderful waves of fond memories of her grandmother! It was her grandmother's desire for Luanne to own her collection. She would rattle her big cocktail diamond ring and say to her “Oh Luanne someday these will be yours!”

From a young child Luanne marveled over the day that she would own her generational collection of diamonds. At the time she had no understanding of the financial value. It was her emotional connection to what they represented. It was that spark in her eye that made me desire the same and created this desire of diamonds in her life.

Luanne has always thought diamonds to have a unique beauty. She loves the expression “diamonds in the rough!” She says, “We are all diamonds. We all have a uniqueness. Some diamonds, some people, are rougher than others and I do believe the challenging seas of life soften the diamonds' edges' and bring out a true deep inner beauty and there lies the beautiful life metaphor. Life crisis viewed as challenges when seen as opportunities are truly what will bring our true beauty. In my career, I have used diamonds as a fun personal goal. If I do x or achieve x, I'm purchasing those diamond earrings! And diamonds remind me of my own inner confidence. When I look at my diamond ring when I am challenged at work, I remember how far I’ve come and where I am going.”
We are overjoyed finding out the stones of our guests and how they always have a correlation to who the person is and the life they’ve created to serve others. 💎⭐️💎
