Lee Hsien Loong Vs Terry Xu closing arguments!

While we were unable to get tickets into court to observe the proceedings which was open to the public due to limited tickets issued as well as safe distancing measures, we managed to speak to a few members of public who attended and witnessed the proceedings, gave us a first (1st) hand account of what happened.

What we gather is, Davinder Singh who is the lawyer representing Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong had a team of 5, while Lim Tean who was the lawyer representing Terry Xu was alone.

Davinder Singh was lengthy and was going around in circles, that the judge needed to stop him or ask him to get to the point he was trying to make but the judge did not interrupt or stop Lim Tean who was short, sharp & very brief yet detailed with his arguments.

Davinder Singh & his team were searching through files & files of papers to quote precendence of similar cases, while for Lim Tean it was just another walk in the park.

Apparently Davinder Singh was not happy, he did not look happy from the account of people who observed the proceedings.

He could be losing his touch (which he was known for about 10 to 20 years back) & is no longer as formidable as he used to be. He is also not invincible or undefeatable as what he is made out to be.

Lim Tean (was smiling widely) mentioned he is happy with how the proceedings went today.

Is Triple H A Threat To Singapore Politics?

A Triple Threat? We think not because she is a mummy-of-two and stay-home wife. Time for her to take up the role of being a socio-political influencer and never again to contest in a General Election!

Famously known as “Triple H”, Han Hui Hui is Singapore’s antithesis to good governance. Apart from her occasional yammering about the Singapore Government and its policies, there’s really been little to no news about Missus Return Our CPF. Plus, we really have no idea what she has been up to other than playing her role as a Singaporean-mother-of-two and Stay At Home Wife (SAHM) really, really well.

Yep, that is right! Han Hui Hui is the epitome of 1960s, 1970s motherhood in fast-paced, GDP-driven and TFR dwindling Singapore, and she deserves special mention for being brave enough to tarnish her very own personal branding, career and, eventually, choosing to be a SAHM! Thumbs up, Hui Hui. Given that she now has to spend the majority of her time caring for her children, Justice and Magnanimous, for the next 20-plus years and before they reach adulthood, the team at 55 Weeks Of Real News feels that she is no longer a threat to Singapore. We certainly hope that things stay put the way it is now and we wish that she would add an additional child called “Transparency” or “Accountability” to her current brood.

Our editorial team’s bottom line: Hui Hui, its time for you to move on. Let the well-educated, well-read and level-headed individuals and who are swinging singles and Child-Free By Choice take over the contest. Reserve your fighting spirit for your kids’ growing up and educational journey because we believe that you’ll need to wager war with PSLE, their EduSave, CPF and more!

If it's not true, why isnt he being sued for defamation & libel.

So there must be some truth to it?

These photos of packed, overcrowded & unsanitary foreign workers dormitories could be a glimpse into our the future of Singaporeans, our packed, overcrowded & unsanitory HDBs should PAP be back in power and pursues their population growth white paper of targeting 6,900,000 to 10,000,000 population by the way if mass migration & import of more new citizens, PRs, EP Pass, S Pass & Work permit holders.

Vote wisely! Say no to PAP's 6,900,000 to 10,000,000 population growth policies!

Vote for WP, SDP, PSP & PV!

09/04/2020

I will vote for the opposition because:

1) I don't want to often see pap mps sleeping when parliamentary sessions were on going.

2) I don't like to see parliament so empty of mps when parliament is in session.

3) I don't like to see some pap mps hardly asked or at most asked only a few token questions on their constituents' behalf whether it is the cost of living or transportation or educational or CPF or housing issues but collect their fat mp allowance punctually every month without fail.

4) I want our Constitution to be solemnly respected and not changed at whim such as turning an indian woman into a reserved malay presidential candidate with ease.

5) I disagree about paying political salary cm bonuses and making it into a goldmine and mps taking up directorships in companies shouldn't be another connection or route to more goldmines.

6) I disagree allowing anybody to use our Parliament to clear his/her name instead of our courts. Parliament and parliamentary time, resources and Members of Parliament must never be used or misused by anybody for such purposes.

7) I take Words of Honour seriously and I want the pap government to equally honour its own Words of Honour given to Singaporeans on the returning of their CPF savings at their 55 birthday seriously. At the very, very least, give people a choice to either op-in or opt-out of their schemes and not simply legislate and conveniently negate whatever promises made earlier and "bully" our citizens.

8) I don't like it when we are one of the world's top retirement fund savers but so many people after decades of saving find themselves faced with retirement inadequacies and living in a declining value flat with failing health.

9) I support the Foreign Talent policy but I don't like it when the government has overdone it, taking the easy and lazy way without realising it and resulting in our citizens paying the price for it at the ground level and on a daily basis.

10) I don't like it when top people or pap ministers always got away scot-free when fiascos happened under their charge but the blame always fall on some junior people whether it was the MRT tunnel flooding or fatal accident at Pasir Ris station or train collision at Joo Koon station. Another example would be the Hepatitis C outbreak that killed innocent people at SGH or our military training accident deaths etc.

11) I don't like it when AMK GRC residents' S&C fees were lost for 2 years and their 6 pap mps there could simply continue to behave as if nothing has happened and/or nothing to do with them and continue with their more good years. None resigned in shame or at least, offered to resign.

12) I don't like it, in fact, I consider it to be an insult when I read that Goh Chok Tong considers those who earn less than S$500,000/ annually to be mediocre.

13) I don't like it when I read that Goh Chok Tong said that pap ministars are not paid enough.

14) I don't like it when I read that Edwin Tong lamented that he has to support his parents-in-law too and that it is tough for him with the political salary that he is earning.

15) I don't like our Parliament and cabinet being made up of only book-smart people and people with impeccable educational credentials. Life is not a straight line and all kinds of people make up our society and country. We are so short of, for examples, people who fail in businesses but sebsequently make good or succeed in life being represented in Parliament or people who are not highly educated and struggle a great deal in life but are good, caring and decent parliamentarians. These sort of people will add breadth and depth to our Parliament and we will be richer for it if only we are prepared to open up our minds and cast our nets wider. Alibaba's Ma Yun taught us to choose the most suitable people and not necessarily the best people. Mr Ngiam Tong Dow has warned us too that the pap has become too elitist.

16) We badly need more parliamentarians who can and are willing and dare to speak up for the people even if they displease the government and not just knowing how to say yes sir yes sir.

17) I don't like Amy Khor, a malaysian born Singapore politician telling Singaporeans that if they are unhappy here, they can pack and leave Singapore.

18) I don't like seeing the picture of former pap mp, Penny Low, looking down and fiddling with her handphone during a NDP when our national anthem was being played.

19) I do not like the policy that 1st generation new citizens need not serve national service. Life anywhere is a matter of give and take and not just take and take and serving national service even in non-combat vocation must be a consideration for all new citizens if they eventually choose to settle here. We need to be firmer and more principled and I feel that the pap government has done poorly with the current policy.

20) I don't like the practice that land cost is factored into the final selling prices of HDB flats when buyers are only buying the right to live for a specific period of time with no claim or rights whatsoever to the land. This unfair and greedy policy unfairly burdens our flat buyers over many years.

21) I don't like the practice that the pap government is very good at passing laws in Parliament but very, very weak with enforcement efforts on the ground. Examples are plentiful be it indiscriminate crossing at traffic junctions or people bringing their dogs to the hawker centres or coffee shops or the holding of lighted ci******es inside the lifts or until recently, the very weak enforcements against speeding pmds or littering etc.

A Chinese viral expert did mention that the current Wuhan Corona Virus could be more dangerous than SARS.

My feeling is that our ICA, Changi Airport & Ministry if Health might get caught off guard, when people traveling to China for Lunar New Year are returning to Singapore.

Once again, this is not about racism or xenophobia but compared to SARS period of 2003, we currently have more PRC PRs, New Citizens from China as well as PRCs who are on various work passes such as S Pass, EP Pass & work permits.

As such, with higher numbers of people, there is a higher probability of risk of a virus outbreak that could happen in Singapore.

Even without the returning travellers from China , Singapore already has 4 known & confirmed cases as of 26th January 2020, 8am.

CECA = Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement

FTA = Free Trade Agreement

We, Singapore invest in India and their infrastructure projects.

We, Singapore, allow 127 professions easier access into Singapore.

What that means is, we employ Indian nationals, for example DBS operating in India or companies in Singapore employing Indian Nationals to work in Singapore.

So really what the PAP government has done is, sign us up to an agreement to provide employment for Indian nationals across 127 professions in return for Singapore to invest in India.

We invest in them, we also employ their people.

Now where is the benefit for Singapore!?

What benefit do Singaporeans enjoy from this agreement!?

Little? To none!?

As the good old saying goes, "what is in it for us"? How does it benefit us? Singapore as a country & Singaporeans as a people?

The despicable, sad, bad and horrible truth could be, that there are no benefits to us!

As our PAP government could have screwed up big time by signing CECA & other FTA deals world wide.

Look at the background knowledge & core experience & expertise of PAP Ministers who signed us up to these agreements.

Army Generals, top Bureaucrats, civil servants. Virtually none of these people have business or trade background. They are no Donald Trump when it comes to doing a deal or making a deal!

They are like fish out of the water!

They have no business, economics, finance or trade practical background or skills apart from the textbook!

It is no wonder we are partially solving the unemployment problems of people from countries such as China, India, Philippines, Malaysia, Myanmar & Thailand while making our own Singaporeans unemployed, under employed and their salaries & wages, depressed & stagnated!
