Poetry has always been an escape for me, I use to get lost in reading poems. I remember when one of my English teachers told me I would never be able to write poetry if I didn’t learn how to rhyme…to think I believed it but I still kept writing my own style of poetry, I’ve never liked being the same as anyone. Although I never stopped writing, I did stop sharing my poetry with others but now I create, write and publicly share my style poems with the world. It’s not for everyone because I’m not writing for everyone. I write for the rare frequency vibes that feel and think deeply!!!

Emotional and Mental Safety is an essential part of relationships/friendships

Are you choosing your relationships/friendships on safety or comfort zones?

Comfort zones are not ideal for longevity.

Safety includes respect, honesty, maturity and integrity without dysfunctional views/expectations, safety requires you to grow, heal, learn, accept, accomplish, mature and communicate with love, kindness and compassion
