“At present, it is not possible to provide details regarding how many persons fleeing the conflict in Ukraine will be allocated to The Convent, Kilcormac,” said a spokesperson.

Hundreds of Dublin residents turned out for a second protest after male asylum seekers were housed in an old ESB building in East Wall.
The protesters claimed they were not consulted about the decision and revealed they only found out what was happening through social media on Friday evening.
Demonstrators temporarily obstructed traffic on East Wall Road during the protest, which began at 5 p.m. outside the former ESB building, which can house up to 380 people.
According to officials, the office building was turned into an accommodation center as a result of unprecedented pressure on Ireland's international protection system.
They also stated that the decision was taken following a lack of available accommodation for international protection applicants.
