Muli, nagpapasalamat ako sa sipag, pagkamalikhain, at pusong dinala ng ating hanay sa kampanya. Dahil sa inyo, nasilip natin ang uri ng lipunang kaya nating maabot.
Alam kong pinoproseso pa ninyo ang mga pangyayari kahapon. Mulat ako sa mga tanong na nananatiling nakalimbitin sa situwasyon. Sinisimulan na namin ang pagkausap sa mga eksperto upang maaral nang husto ang mga ulat at alegasyon na nababasa natin sa social media. Agad naming ibabahagi ang anumang resulta ng pag-aaral.

'HUWAG MATAKOT'
Vice President Leni Robredo has expressed concern over reports of irregularities such as malfunctioning vote-counting machines (VCMs), with voters asked to leave their ballots behind or wait until the machines are fixed.
In an ambush interview with reporters after she cast her vote in Camarines Sur on Monday, she said authorities must show that they are on top of the situation to ensure trust in the credibility of the polls.
“Sana malampasan natin itong araw na 'to na wala nang untoward incident. 'Yung advise natin wag matakot. Madami tayong magtutulungan. Kailangan lang mai-document natin lahat,” she said.
Robredo mentioned her camp had channels where Filipinos could report irregularities in the conduct of the election to paralegals and volunteer lawyers.

Voters encountered several issues—from power outages to faulty VCMs—as the voting period for the 2022 national and local elections began Monday, May 9.

The story about my disqualification is of course untrue. Bayan Muna party-list is also not disqualified as troll farms want the public to believe. This is a usual election tactic done by unscrupulous groups to discourage people from voting for a candidate.
I urge the Comelec to immediately investigate this devious tactic, including PNP members and government officials who propagate these lies and prosecute those violating laws prohibiting the police from participating in partisan political activity and using public funds for these unlawful activities.
I also urge our political opponents to campaign according to the law and not resort to these underhanded tactics to mislead voters. Both I and Bayan Muna are still candidates in the 2022 elections and are qualified to be supported or voted on May 9 by voters who believe in our track record of public service, especially to the poor and marginalized.

**Ukol sa kumakalat na fake news ng diskwalipikasyon ng Makabayan**
Mariing kinukondena ng Makabayang Koalisyon ng Mamamayan ang pagpapakalat ng fake news na ang mga progresibong party-list at si senatorial candidate Atty. Neri Colmenares, na tumatakbo sa ilalim ng Makabayan, ay diniskwalipika ng First Division ng COMELEC.
Pinapakalat ng ilang election saboteur ang isang pekeng "Resolution" mula sa First Division at pekeng press release mula sa Education Information Department na nagsasabing diskwalipikado na ang progresibong party-lists ng Makabayan at si senatorial candidate Neri Colmenares ay "fronts" ng CPP-NPA-NDF.
Ito ay lantarang kasinungalingan. Binasura ng First Division ang kasong sinampa noong 2019 ng isang "Angela Aguilar," na lumabas na isang fictitious petitioner dahil pekeng adres at hindi humarap kahot isang beses sa COMELEC para patunayan ang kasong sinampa niya. Ani pa ng Komisyon sa desisyon nito noong Enero 30, 2020, "for want of evidence, [Aguilar’s] claim that grounds to exist to warrant cancellation of Party-list Respondents’ registration in the party-list system and the disqualification of Respondent Colmenares has no leg to stand on."
Halata na ang petisyon ay isang harassment case lamang at pakana ng mga gustong siraan ang Makabayan bloc. Tinitingnan namin itong sitwasyon kung saan ginamit lamang ng alyas na "Angela Aguilar" ang security sector at NTF ELCAC.
Isa itong porma ng pandaraya. Sino ba ang may mahabang rekord ng pandaraya at paggamit sa fake news at trolls? Sino ang may bentahe sa pagkatalo ng mga makabayang kandidato?
Ngayon ay inuulit na naman ang paninira at desperadong pananabotahe sa Makabayan.
Dapat ay maagap na maglabas ng paglilinaw ang COMELEC laban dito. Inaasahan naming aksyunan ito kaagad ng COMELEC dahil hindi lang ginamit sa malawakan at garapal na panloloko ang mga pangalan ng Komisyuner at ang official name at seal nito. Ang pinapakalat ng fake news na ito ay naglalayon ding isabotahe ang pagpapatakbo ng halalan at bahiran ang integridad ng mga Komisyuner at ng mismong COMELEC.
Ginawa na ito ng mga desperadong biguin ang matagumpay na kampanya ng mga progresibong kandidato na naglantad at lumaban sa anti-mamamayang polisiya at batas ng kasalukuyang rehimen at naglalatag nagtataguyod ng makamasang solusyon sa mga suliranin ng bansa.
